Digital Transfer

Digital transfer—the fastest way to print textiles—can also be environmentally friendly. This technique can be used on almost any material, such as spandex, polyester, neoprene, cotton, polyurethane, PVC-based materials, stretch materials, and more. This method achieves high-quality results. Digital transfer can be used for caps, jackets, t-shirts, workwear, backpacks, and more. Always with the best results. It's a simple printing technique that's ideal for multicolor logos, designs, detailed photos, or gradients. The maximum print size is 45 x 35 cm.

Advantages:

  • - Possibility of printing on various materials;
  • - More than 10,000 colors can be used for detailed prints;
  • - Fast workflow and excellent shelf life;
  • - The shape of the item to be printed is irrelevant.

How does it work?

The requested design is printed on white transfer paper, then cut with a plotter (a computer-controlled machine that cuts the paper according to the entered layout). The paper is then placed on the item and pressed with the appropriate heat. Care must be taken to ensure the correct heat is used to avoid damaging the item itself. This technique cannot be applied to bags, mugs, USB drives, or keychains.

For this digital transfer, we use the new Roland machine in our printing plant. Thanks in part to this machine, we can offer our customers high-quality promotional printed items.
