Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing is a method of personalizing products that allows your ideas and brand to be visible. Sublimation is a chemical process in which heat is transferred, transforming elements from a solid to a gaseous state. Your logo, design, or message is first printed on a special sublimation pad (such as specialty paper), which is then transferred to the final pad using a printing press. The pad must be white for sublimation printing. Sublimation works best with synthetic fabrics, ceramics, wood, or metal, and these must first be treated with acrylic or polyester. The ink is absorbed by the fabrics, resulting in a softening that cannot be achieved with screen or DTG printing. T-shirts, bags, wallets, backpacks, travel accessories, makeup, and more are available. They are usually personalized with sublimation printing, which makes them waterproof and virtually indestructible. The final result is detailed and 100% identical to the original.

How does it work?
The logo or design is printed with sublimation ink on special paper. This paper can then be placed on the promotional product to be printed (T-shirt, mouse pad, puzzle, etc.) and is then added to the heated printing press (200°C). The water molecules transform into gas and the color pigments are transferred to the item.
