Engraving
Engraving is the most durable technique that can be used to personalize metals and other objects. Using this technique will bring you many benefits as it is one of the most durable printing methods. It can be achieved using three methods:
- - Laser
- - CO2 Laser
- - Mechanical - using a special grinder to engrave text or a logo on the surface of the product.
The engraving result is directly influenced by the product to be engraved, such as wood, glass, metal, marble, acrylic, plastic, and many others. Mechanical engraving, unlike laser, is performed deep within the material, and the grinder varies from product to product. The engraving depth can vary. This technique allows for precise and detailed engravings.
Advantages:
- - A wide variety of materials can be engraved using this technique;
- - Photographic engravings can be done primarily on metallized plastic;
- - This technique does not use solvents, dyes, or toxic acids because it is environmentally friendly.
- - Designs and text can be engraved on any surface.
- - The desired personalized items do not become very hot when using laser engraving and therefore do not require repair (unlike other techniques).

How does it work?
Using a laser beam or a hard mechanical part (diamond), small grooves are created on the engraving material (which can be plastic, metal, glass, leather, acrylic, cork, rubber, ABS, etc.). The surface can be flat or curved depending on the promotional product. The laser beam or grinder is controlled by a computer, which facilitates the engraving process.

In short, this technique depends on the object to be engraved, so the final results will be spectacular if promotional products are recommended to be engraved using this method. Using mechanical engraving, we can personalize metal badges, metal keychains, and more.
